Proof, not promises
How We Prove Clean
Every cleaning company says "clean." We're the only one in Columbus that hands you a number.

What is "measured clean"?
Measured clean means surface cleanliness verified by instrument, not by eye. After we clean, we swab high-touch surfaces with an ATP luminometer and read the result on the spot. You get the numbers — every visit, before we leave.
What is ATP testing?
ATP (adenosine triphosphate) is the energy molecule present in all organic material — skin cells, saliva residue, food film, biofilm. An ATP bioluminescence test works in three steps:
- Swab a surface (a chair arm, a light handle, a countertop).
- Read the swab in a luminometer — it measures the light produced by any organic residue, in seconds.
- Score the result in RLU (Relative Light Units). Lower is cleaner.
It's the same measurement method used in professional cleaning audits in hospitals and food processing — brought to your dental office, clinic, med spa, or rental property.
What do the numbers mean?
Below 25 RLU — the pass threshold used in hospital cleaning audits.
Typical untested office surfaces routinely exceed 300 RLU.
Our standard: every high-touch surface reads below 25 RLU after we clean. If a surface reads high, we re-clean it and re-test it — that's the whole system.
What ATP testing is not: it measures organic residue — surface cleanliness — not disinfection, pathogen kill, or regulatory compliance. It answers one question with a number: did the cleaning actually happen, to standard? That's the question nobody else in Columbus can answer on paper.
Do you provide documentation of every visit?
Yes. Every visit produces a delivered record:
- Room-by-room checklist — what was cleaned, when, by whom.
- Photo-timestamped documentation — you see the work, not just a signature.
- ATP readings on high-touch surfaces — the numbers, in your inbox, before our van leaves the lot.
Photos and logs prove someone showed up. An ATP reading proves the surface is actually clean. You get both.
Who cleans — and is it the same team every time?
The same trained team, every visit. No vendor networks, no subcontractors, no rotating strangers. Every team member is background-checked, trained on OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards, and taught the noncritical/semicritical surface distinction that matters in clinical settings. The owner is one phone call away — and shows up when it matters.
What products do you use?
EPA-registered disinfectants applied at full label dwell time — the step most cleaners skip. Color-coded microfiber keeps the operatory and the restroom on separate cloths, always. Two-bucket method so we never spread yesterday's soil with today's mop. Eco-conscious choices wherever the clinical standard allows.
The 5 questions to ask any commercial cleaner
- Do you ATP-test every clean — and can I see the numbers?
- Do I get the same team every visit?
- Is photo-timestamped documentation delivered after every clean?
- Who actually cleans — your employees or subcontracted vendors?
- Can I meet the owner?
We answer yes to all five. Most companies can't answer yes to one.
