Questions practice managers actually ask

The short version: we measure, we document, we show up with the same team.

Here's the detail behind that sentence. Trust and proof, pricing and the Founder's Deal, and the logistics of actually switching cleaning companies.

Trust & proof

How often do you ATP-test, and can I see the numbers?

The cadence is yours. Scoped at your walkthrough to fit your facility, from periodic spot-checks for offices to tighter schedules for clinical rooms. Wherever testing runs, high-touch surfaces are swabbed with an ATP luminometer and scored in RLU; our standard is below 25 RLU, the pass threshold used in hospital cleaning audits, and readings land in your inbox after the visit. No meter, no number. Most cleaning companies have neither.

Does ATP testing prove disinfection?

No, and anyone who tells you it does is overclaiming. ATP measures organic residue: it verifies a surface was actually cleaned, to a measurable standard. It does not measure pathogen kill or regulatory compliance. That distinction matters to us; it's the one number that proves the cleaning happened, and we'd rather you know exactly what it means than assume more than it says.

What happens if a surface reads high?

We re-clean it and re-test it, on the spot. That's the whole system. The number isn't decoration, it's the standard we hold ourselves to.

Do we get the same team every visit?

Yes. The same trained, background-checked team is assigned to your facility permanently. Rotating crews are why cleaning quality drifts, a different person every week cleans to a different standard. Ours doesn't drift because it doesn't rotate.

Is photo-timestamped documentation delivered after every clean?

The room-by-room checklist and timestamped photos come with every single visit, automatically. ATP verification runs on a cadence scoped to your facility at the walkthrough, spot-checks for most offices, tighter schedules for clinical rooms, and you see every reading we take. The 25 RLU standard applies to every clean, whether or not that visit is swabbed.

Who actually cleans, your employees or subcontracted vendors?

Our own team. No vendor networks, no subcontractors, no brokered crews. Many "cleaning companies" in Columbus are actually vendor managers who sell the contract and subcontract the work, you never know who's in your building. With us, you always do.

Pricing & the Founder's Deal

How does pricing work?

Flat monthly rate, scoped at the walkthrough on your actual floor plan. Square footage, room count, frequency. No hourly meters, no surprise line items. Month-to-month is always available at the standard rate.

What is the Founder's Deal?

Early-practice pricing that rewards commitment without requiring it. Month-to-month runs at the standard rate. Pay 3 months upfront and the 4th month is free, with your rate locked for life. Pay 6 months upfront and the 7th month is 75% off. Pay a full year upfront and you get 2 months free. There's no long-term lock-in behind any of these tiers, they're a reward for paying ahead, not a contract trap.

Isn't switching cleaning companies risky?

The real risk is drift you can't see. We de-risk the switch three ways: the walkthrough happens before any commitment, the first weeks are documented visit-by-visit so you can compare against your old provider, and there's no long-term lock-in required to get the standard rate.

Logistics

We already have a cleaner, why would we switch?

Ask your current cleaner whether they ATP-test at all, and whether they can show you a single reading. If the answer is a blank look, you're paying for "trust me." A free ATP walkthrough of your facility, your surfaces, real readings, no obligation, tells you in 30 minutes whether what you're paying for is what you're getting.

Can you clean after hours?

Yes. Evenings and weekends are standard for practices, so patients and clients are never disrupted. Facility access is handled however you're comfortable: key, code, or lockbox, documented in writing.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. Fully insured and bonded, and every team member passes a background check before entering any facility. Certificates available on request.

What certifications and training do you hold?

IJCSA medical facility certification; staff trained on OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards, HIPAA-conscious conduct, EPA-registered disinfectant use at full label dwell time, color-coded microfiber protocol, and the noncritical/semicritical surface distinction used in clinical cleaning.

What areas do you serve?

Columbus and Central Ohio: Dublin, New Albany, Worthington, Upper Arlington, Powell, the Short North, German Village, and surrounding communities.
